June Currently

I am linking up with Farley to share June's currently!

Listening-to my cat purr as I brush him which is nice because he loves to be brushed.   Unlike my other cat who hates it and makes the worst sounds when I do brush her.

Loving-I am out of school for summer now and I am enjoying being able to take a nap.  

Thinking-I'm feeling pretty lazy today and I really need to do something on my to do list.

Wanting-I would love to go out and sit in the sun, but it is like 98 degrees here, almost too hot to sit out there without a pool to cool down in.

Needing-I really need to sit down and look at our budget for this month....I'm a little behind on that this month!

Summer loving-I want to get a lot of rest, finish some household projects and maybe go somewhere with the hubby for a few days to just get away.

June Currently

We have linked up with the June Currently at  Oh Boy Fourth Grade:

Listening:  To our 3 fans in the windows blowing.  We are trying not to turn on our AC yet.  It is about 78 degrees in our house right now with the fans blowing.  Not bad considering it is about 85 degrees outside.  We have a huge tree outside our house that shades a lot of our house, which helps keep it cooler. 

Loving:  The down time.  Since school is out, I'm going at my own pace (SLOW).  Instead of constantly rushing around trying to get things done.  

Thinking:  I have several things I want to accomplish this summer.  

Wanting:  I would like to go to the pool sometime this summer and just cool off and relax in the sun.  (I burn so I don't go there often).

Needing:  I just finished with my garage sale and need to take the leftovers to Goodwill before I decide to stash them somewhere in the house.  :-)

Summer bucket list: 

1.  I plan to visit friends and family

2.  I want to strip our hardwood floors and make them lighter.

3.  I need to do some landscaping in our backyard (2 Siberian husky dogs have been hard on it).
