Welcome to this week's:
God has given us instructions to trust in him and not our own understanding. This is really hard for me at times. I try to figure things out that I can't understand. I often find myself searching for understanding instead of spending my time seeking God. Often, if I do ever feel like I understand something, it is short-lived because another challenge always comes up and then I find myself once again getting anxious and trying to understand the situation. We all actually already have the peace that we need because we inherited it in his presence. Therefore, instead of trying to rely on my own understanding, instead I need to trust in him.
